I have loved and I have lost
Give my heart at any cost
Had it broke, thrown in the dirt
A full force smack of hurt

Showing me what love was really like
Not sure that I could love again

How to find all the pieces

i really like that poem and i think and i have that in my heart i am somtimes afraid to love again because alwayz i get with somone i alwayz end up getting hurt .
I love your poem i feel the same way me and my boyfriend has decided to give it another try and i am so scared because of what my other boyfriend put me through but all i can do is give him my heart and hope we will never fall apart!!!

I feel the same way…This one person loves me really much and I love him, but a part of me is scared of telling him that I love him back. I got hurt before and I don’t want to tell him cause i am scared of facing him.
i understand how you feel because i always had people using me and stabbing me in the back like if i was trash. they are just imature and they need to grow up and understand that getting used is not the best thing theyll hate if we used them and if we make them look like a fool and they still not understand that they lost a really good person and they had to lose them with some other person that was not good at all
This is so powerful…I can’t believe I wrote the song on 07 June 2009 with more or less the same meaning as this poem because I was inspired by the love I’ve just got in my life which I was so scared to give it a try. Woow! I’m really inspired by this and I guess I’m going to attache it to my song because they share the same title…Love Again!

That’s a great poem! I know how it feels to try to love again when you been hurt really bad. It’s hard, and scary, but sometimes, it’s worth it in the end.
hey…great poem…totally reminded me of what i went through with my ex!!…and i still am in a fix..dunno whether i ll be able to love again…scares me sometimes..but i guess everything is for the good after all.
