A Sad Love Poem
Some people say
I’m too young to love.
The sad part is
I wish I didn’t.
If I didn’t love you,
I wouldn’t have fallen down,
I would be flying
In the sky.
But now I’m just sitting,
And waiting,
For something to happen.
My wings have been clipped,
And I cannot stop
Loving you,
But you are taken.
This curse has been put on me,
I’ve fallen for you too many times,
And I can never be free.
Time after time,
I’ve tried to pick myself back up,
But when I look into
Your gentle brown eyes,
I fall once again,
Into this black hole.
