One Magical Moment
He sits alone,
Playing a song.
Softly he sings,
And she comes along.
He listens to her,
And continues to play,
She vents to him,
She’s had a bad day.
After she’s done,
He smiles at her,
He understands,
And she can infer.
She watches him play,
And he starts to sing,
Lost in the moment,
A beautiful thing.
The time has come,
When they must go.
She smiles at him,
But he’ll never know.
