Waiting

When I'm all alone
Minutes feel like hours,
But when on the phone
Hours feel like minutes.

Patiently waiting
To see you again,
Since we've been dating
It hasn't been often.

I wish I could see you everyday,
I miss you so much.
In your arms I wish I could stay
Cuddled up and talking all night.

I need you because I love you,
And hope you feel the same.
Although this is all very new,
I'm praying this love will last forever.

One day we will be under the moon
In some random field.
Hopefully it will come soon,
But if it doesn't I will still be waiting.
