Spiritual Wedding
Today I stand before you,
With my spirit opened wide.
Open, your spirit to me, let me in.
Warm me like the bright sun above,
Lighten my darkened paths, as the silvery moon.
Cleanse my soul, and quench my thirst, like
The warm spring showers.
Confide in me, and guide me, as the keen and powerful wolf.
As the hair on our heads entwine,
So will our spirits,
Until we walk our last steps on the Mother Earth.
Spread our ashes in the wind,
So that the Hawk and Dove may soar into the clouds.
Until then, and only then, will our spirits
Become one, not only in spirit,
But in whole,
With body and soul!
