Just A Cloud?

I am a cloud,
that doesn’t let the rain fall down,
the sunshine is out,
what shall I do now?

I travel, for it is my purpose,
I am shapes,
I am sizes,
I've never made this sky so clear,

For I cannot talk, but I have feelings,
the stars are my allies,
the ground is my enemy.

I have many secrets that are yet to be found,
could you find them? or would you fill me with dout.

I carry the souls of the present past,
I have traveled through many years of undoing tasks.
for what cause is this?
for the simplist reason i can put you all at risk.

Twisters, meltdowns anything that goes,
do i care about the race that has brought tears to natures face.
