The Rainbow

The rainbow is a promise
That when the storm is done
A bright new day is dawning
And with it comes the sun

So when your path is dreary and
There's darkness all around
Clouds have covered up the sky
No happiness you've found

Remember with the rain and wind
God's tears, breath and love
He'll wipe away our sorrow
And when we look above

Into the heaven's tempest
We'll see and we will know
His promise kept thru tears and pain
A beautiful rainbow.
