I feel that it’s important
I write these words to me.
It’s prompted by my conscience.
I must read it carefully.

Be wiser with the time
that God has given you.
Life is measured by the good
and worthy things we do.

Be kinder and more caring
as you journey down life’s road.
Be ready and be willing
to help lighten someone’s load.

Make a difference in our world
and become all you can be.
For if you make God proud of you,
then He’ll be proud of me.
