Like moon like wind
Going forward and never retreat.
An arrow in the air or a straight line will be,
Different from everyone I ever meet.
Walk the starry night, sing in the rain.
No longer alone thanks to your company.
Inevitable separation, time and distance we cannot win,
But knowing the real connection never fade away.
I wonder the first syllable you spoke as a baby,
Name of thy latest crush, buxom or thin,
Every word you said or funny things you ever did,
The stories I don’t have a chance take part in.
Are you there? Might be.
Will you be there? Always be.
(English major students looking forward to your advise. Thanks a lot!
