Wildflowers
Wildflowers
I can wander for hours and hours
through woods and tall grasses '
just looking for wildflowers
It's like finding hidden treasure
Nothing else brings me such pleasure
They play hide and seek with me
as I pick them joyfully
I arrange them this way and that way
and the outcome is a lovely bouquet.
Then
When later, I am asked
who? what? where did I find such a florist?
I simply smile saying "Only in God's forest...
