Through the sands of time blown by the wind,
A beautiful rainbow leads de way to paradise.
Way past the falls amongst the willow trees drinking from the springs,

My mind heavy with my sins finds shade and comfort under the rocky mountain,
The lush emerald green grass, a soft resting cushion to lay my tired legs.
African beauty,
A picturesque painting depicting the nature of its inhabitants,
Mind, body and soul fused into one.

Not embracing your true nature.
Hatred and turmoil are strangers to the written word of our forefathers,
Seekers of peace in pursuit of happiness they beg for a cease

I lie down and ease my head, release my fears and relax in peace,
Adoring the beauty long forgotten for its healing,
Free from the chains of tyranny that threaten the very heart of my Africa
My beautiful home, find your voice, revive your pride and renew your sou
