fears creep in

please come take this pain away
night falls and sunshine shines
another loney day passes
sun sits high in the sky
burning through this tough layer I wear for protection
in the sun you can see the dark circles undr my eyes
the sleep that seems to be missing from the very deepths of my soul
in the sun you can see the hurt in my eyes
the pain that I endure inside
in the sun you can see the lonliness holds me captive
in the sun you can see that the bruised heart is quietly weeping
the sun fades away
and slowly the night creeps back up
night and day.. winter, fall, summer and spring
passes the time and makes more distance between us
I must face the facts tht you will never return
flowers blossom in the summer... like the love we shared
beautiful and strong full of life
your love.. the sun.. giving me life.. feeding my heart, soul and mind
but of course.. every good thing must end right?
so like the sun yhu fade away and winter approaches the flower.. our love... wither's away and slowly die holding on to hope that the sun will shine again..soon.. and her happiness will return..
