Inherited Faith

Fallen heroes

unfulfilled dreams.

Hoplessness and

poverty are all

we see.

We need to change,

save the dream,

keep the possibility

alive.

Even if it ends in failure

at least we'll know we

tried.

When did we become so

selfish?

When did we become so

vain?

Why do we judge people

when we don't even know

their names???

It's up to you and I to make

society revolutionize.

We have to help the weak

hold their heads high.

To hold their hands in times

of need,

hug away the pain;

and wipe tears from their eyes

when they're afraid the world

is going insane.

Some say we're too small to make
any change at all,

and crazy to even try,

but we possess the strength,

the desire,

to make the scared feel safe.

Most of all we need to remember

we've inherited our heroes faith.
