i take a piece of paper, and fold it into a heart
Then, place it in my chest where the other fell apart
withered and scathered, and torn up by lies
the last thing I want is to continue my life

it was fine and nice
when we began
keeping you close,
and holding your hand
our love, it broke,
andmmy heart as well
living a life without you is hell

I can't ask for a chance,
but I can for your time
I'd give you my soul
if only you were mine
