I found in this discussion forum some poets are getting eager for their publicity and instead of talking about poems and poetry in the discussion forum they straightly put their poems.I am pleased to read them,they are good creations and I pay my heartiest thanks to the creators and their style of presentation.It would have been better if they become face to face in discussion to know the different effect of their poems.

Personally I do not care for publicity at all. I'm not here for that. I could care less if my works where published. More persons will read our compositions here than will ever cough up the dough for our words in print. This (PoemsOnly.com) is good enough for me.

. . .but people will be people.


Though I have not been here long enough to see this, I think your point is good and POSITIVE, and I thank you for mentioning it.

I also agree! Often poets are mean and their poetry is dark. Poems can be light hearted. I own a website called humorouspoems.net; the poems aren't very good but they definately aren't mean!

SORRY GUYS! I have dark poetry. Lol(: BUT there is alot of darkness in my heart. I write happy love ones too though:P

I agree with Poetic soul. I've been on this site for about 2 years now and everyone here is very kind and supportive towards me. I've only gotten hate comments about 3 times.
