Hello earth persons. I'm looking around here today—trying to understand what it's all about here at PoemsOnly.com; I haven't decided what I will do next. Should I begin posting my 130+ poems/songs?

About PDFs: So far I have only found one poetry website on the whole vast internet that has taken my request for an option to upload poems via PDF serious; they feel it is a logical idea and are planning to add this feature soon. I would think that any writer would understand the benefits to having material on PDF—for the same reasons PDF was created, and is used by small business to corporate. There will always be ways to copy material on a web page, but why not at least make it so that our poetry documents can not be altered without completely rewriting them. Before conversion from word processor to PDF one would also be able to choose any font they wish through their own word processor whether or not a given font is supported on the site; further, they would not have to re-organize their works, in my case trying to get the format spacing and such in a similar order to the original document, even with double columns if one so desires - just write and organize once  on your own computer and then upload once. Sending copies to someone who has made a request could be a simple download. The reason I am personally interested in this option, aside from the obvious protection, is that all my writings are in two parts and I do not wish to separate them into individual poems—as a whole, they tell a composite story in my life. In addition I would be able to upload them in two chunks as they are already worked out (formatted). I hope there are others here who will consider and mull over these benefits and maybe give some pro-feedback.
