Well I check the forums and try to write something every time I am on poems only…. which is every time I am on the computer hahaha! Well any-who Hi… my name is Kaitlyn (aka KK) and I am a young poet working on becoming a famous auother. Oh and don't underestimate me, I do bite (just kiddingLaughWink)!

Agreed, I was discouraged when my eyes fell upon this wasteland.  Makes me feel like nothing is going on at all around here.  Though I know that's not true 'cause I post and read poems a fair amount.  Anyways,  I'm Nikolas Caresio, and I'm happy to be here :-)  Let's let this forum live.

Hi,

  My name is Karyn. I posted my first poem today.  I can't seem to be able to find out how to get feed back on my poem. Do I need to post it in a special area?  I have been writing for many years and have books full of my writings.  I have never shared them so this is a first for me.   Confused Since I have been checking out this site I have also never found anyone but me online at the same time. Is the normal ?

So I'm wondering when this site was established. Is it relatively new? If that is the case then it would explain why there are so many NEW members. I say give it some time and stick in here. Todays new members could be tomorrow's senior members; but if everyone runs away because it's dead right now (not that this is going to happen), it'll never grow. I know that other poetry sites seem to be active communities—this could work.

I also am new to this site and have posted some poems. I have no idea how the site works, I am assuming an administrator shifts peoms form the 'new poetry' section into the part where they can receive critique? A

shame no one is talking to us!!!!
