when i was a little girl my gradmother would tell me poems
she loved them,When she passed i kept her first poem booked she ever owned
it was about love stories they where her absolute favorite, I just thought about this today

you dont need to be a poet to write a poem>>what u got to have is only emotions…
a man can’t experience every emotion in life and that is why there is a need to share your emotions…..

Some things in life, happen by chance, while other things are just meant to be. I’m not sure whether I found you by chance, or if you were simply meant to find me! I am so pleased to have come across an outlet, for some of life’s experiences to communicate, express and maybe to captivate an interested audience. I have read some of your contributions so far and I now believe, I may have finally discovered where I am coming from! Thank you for being a new discovery. I look forward to talking some more.

Your site has enabled me to know that there are are so many poetry lovers. I left writing poems for the last five years since there was none to encourage me. Now I find your site is here. Only improvement, that I can suggest, is that there should be some facilities for submitting comments on poems that are in que in the list of “fresh new poems” since, presently for this category there is no scope for the readers to submit comments (except voting) and so the poet is not aware whether his poem has been liked by the community.
