could I ever break the dam?
If her heart was broken, hurt, and lonely
could God mend it again?

When the hurts overwhelming, could he ever forgive her,
does she even know?

It’s times like these he sits at home and looks at her picture all day,
It’s a hurt like this when she cries to herself and she wants it all to go away.

It’s a God like this that whispers to her, to never, never give in.

It’s a romance like this that brings her back, back to forgiveness for him
And its a heart like this that embraces her today and lets her know she’s his.
